RHODODENDRON, ONCE ALMOST ERADICATED FROM KILLARNEY NATIONAL PARK’S FINEST OAK WOODS, HAS RETURNED. THIS VIGOROUS INVASIVE PLANT IS AGAIN THREATENING THE FORESTS, AND THE NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE SERVICE HAS REPEATEDLY FAILED TO RESPOND EFFECTIVELY. WHY?
